SANY Group Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MySANY" or "we") is well aware of the importance of customer information to customers and customers' related personnel (such as equipment managers and operators) (hereinafter collectively referred to as "you"), and will do its utmost to protect the security and reliability of your information. This Notice on Processing of Customer Information describes how your relevant information will be collected, used, transmitted, or otherwise processed in accordance with the Customer Experience Optimization Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Experience Program" or "Program"). Please carefully read and understand this Notice before agreeing to participate in the Experience Program, and ensure that you have the authorization to do the same on behalf of your company. If you do not have such authorization, it is suggested that you ask the representative of your company to carefully read this Notice and authorize you to participate in the Experience Plan.

1. Customer information related to the Program
2. Personal information: refers to a variety of information recorded by electronic or other means, which can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify natural persons.

In order to implement the Experience Program, we may collect, use, transmit, and entrust data recipients to process the following information about you and the equipment purchased by you:

(1) Your basic information, including your name, personal ID number/unified social credit code, address, contact information, and MySANY code;

(2) Your internal credit survey data and rating information that you authorize MySANY to inquire and obtain when you purchase construction machinery products and use related services;

(3) Your transaction and service information, including your purchase history (including purchase time, equipment model, equipment product group, and equipment number), product failure and maintenance records, satisfaction, comments, and installment repayment for your equipment;

(4) Your MySANY activeness information, including the number of your visits to MySANY, online duration, and feedback messages;

(5) Equipment data. When you use the construction machinery and equipment purchased from SANY Group, we may collect, use, transmit, and entrust data recipients to process your equipment data. Equipment data refers to data generated, collected, or stored by your equipment or hardware or devices that interact with your equipment. Equipment data includes geographic location, delivery time, working time/downtime, equipment fuel consumption, and component replacement.

If you are a sole proprietor or a self-employed person, information about your company or you may be recognized as personal information, including your basic information (such as your name, personal ID number, address, and contact information), your internal credit survey data and rating information, as well as your transaction and service information (such as your purchase history and installment repayment for your equipment), as mentioned above.

We may collect your information through the following channels:

(1) Direct contact with you. When you contact us, including but not limited to inquiring about products or services, purchasing equipment and products, and using our services, we may collect your information directly from you based on the content you fill in and the records generated in the service process;

(2) Our official website and MySANY. When you register an account on our official website or MySANY, or log in to and visit relevant websites or cloud, we may collect your information based on the content you fill in or through Cookies or other tools;

(3) Your equipment. When you use construction machinery equipment purchased from SANY Group, if your equipment settings allow, we may also collect your information through the equipment.

2. Purpose of processing information

We will collect, use, transmit, and entrust data recipients to process your relevant information for the following purposes:

(1) We may aggregate the above-mentioned information provided by you and generated when you purchase construction machinery products, and entrust data recipients for data analysis to produce corresponding analysis reports;

(2) We may use the analysis report to provide you with personalized products and services, including but not limited to pushing the information of construction machinery products and services that meet your needs, and creating personalized services that cater for your unique needs;

(3) We promise that we will transmit and entrust data recipients to process "customer information related to the Program" only as necessary for the implementation of the Program.

3. Information retention period

If you agree to participate in the Program, we may collect the information you have disclosed to MySANY as described in the "customer information related to the Program" section, and we will continuously collect and store relevant information during your use of our products and services.

In addition, we may continuously transmit relevant information to our data recipient based on our agreement with the data recipient for the purpose of the Program. If the agreement between us and the data recipient is terminated, we will urge the data recipient to terminate the commercial use of the relevant information in a timely manner, but the relevant information may continue to be stored within a reasonable period of time in compliance with laws. Upon the expiration of such a period, the data recipient will promptly delete or anonymize your personal information.

4. Cross-border transmission of information

For the implementation of the Program, MySANY may need to transmit and entrust a data recipient to process the customer information described in section 1, and relevant information may need to be transmitted to countries or regions outside the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China. We affirm that:

(1) We will take technical and organizational measures, such as channel encryption, that match the risk level of personal information transmission to ensure your information security;

(2) We will only transmit to our data recipients the personal information necessary for implementing the Program and complying with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. We will sign non-disclosure agreements with the data recipients to ensure that they are bound by enforceable confidentiality obligations.

5. How to exercise your right to information

If you find that the personal information we have collected and stored is incorrect, you are entitled to submit correct personal information and request us to delete or correct the wrong one accordingly.

If you want to learn more about our collection, use, transmission (including cross-border transmission), and processing of your information, or exercise any of your rights under applicable data protection laws, you can contact us through the official website of the service platform, the client, or the online customer service. In this case, we will need to verify your identity first to protect your information security. Generally, we will provide you with a reply or reasonable explanation within 30 days after you pass the identity verification.

6. Data sharing and disclosure

In order to provide you with push services, our product integrates aurora JPush SDK, which will collect your device identification information (such as IMEI/ Android ID/IDFA, etc.) for push services. In order to provide you with online customer service, our products integrate the UDesk IMSDK, which will collect your device type (e.g. IOS, Android), IP address for communication services.For your information security, we have made a data security and confidentiality agreement with the third-party SDK service providers, and these companies will strictly comply with our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your personally identifiable information with you without your consent.
